For SCP: Containment Breach.

This sound adds a series of gunfire and chaos after the announcer declares a containment breach. The intention is to allow the player to experience the magnitude of devastation that has happened, and to make a more impressive intro-sequence to the game.
I appreciate any criticisms and suggestions for improvement.
