Serge Proshe Feat. Zhanna - One Time (Anton Ishutin Remix) by SERGE PROSHE

The next trick on the always reliably excellent Go Deeva label is an new single from Serge Proshe featuring Zhanna that comes with great remixes from Anton Ishutin and Trav & Volta.

Serge Proshe is a DJ with more the 10 years experience.He is owner of the Mantra club in Kiev and this represents his debut release on Go Deeva Records. Zhanna, meanwhile, is a songwriter & vocalist from Barcelona who worked with Felix Da Housecat on the album ‘Virgo, Blaktro & The Movie Disco’. Zhanna and Serge have known each other for a long time and come together in some style here. The main theme song was recorded in Barcelona and finally finished in the studio in Kiev.

Up first, ‘One Time’ in original form is a moody, broody song with proper lyrics that slowly builds to an emotive peak. With posed chords, sweeping ads and lots of sing along drama is a sure fire anthem. The club mix is that big more ra, direct and beat driven, and then come two remixes.

The first is from Anton Ishutin and has a more rounded, bobbling bassline that really makes it deep, whilst Trav & Volta go for a more peak time, synth led version with big melodic explosions and trance like chords.

Despite this being Serge Proshe’s debut release, it speaks of someone with lots to say and more than the skills to say it. A great debut, then.
