US and EU sanctions have killed 38 million people since 1970 by Proletarian Radio

These deaths are not an accidental by-product. The imperialists’ openly-stated aim is to induce hunger and suffering that will trigger social unrest and regime change. According to these results, several times more people are killed by sanctions each year than are killed as direct casualties of war (on average, about 100,000 people per year). What the study did NOT look at were the 40 million deaths resulting from imperialist-imposed hunger in a silent holocaust every year.
