Simply put, we're just two guys with a passion for music. We started out in 2007 recording in an apartment with a crappy tiny computer microphone, and now we've upgraded to recording in an apartment with a better microphone and actual recording software. With institutional education like Matt's graduating from Pinnacle College in audio engineering and Ubaldo's current involvement in university music, the knowledge and abilities for creating music have grown in ways unimaginable. We don't try to sound like anybody, we don't try to stay within a certain genre, we don't carry any interest in a singer, we refuse to do it for any money, and we don't write music for others to like it or accept it. We write music because we love writing music, because we love the idea of telling a story without a single word being told, and for those who enjoy it and are inspired as a result, we thank you. There is a scary belief within us that the age of instrumental appreciation is slowly dying and being replaced by autotuned singers and popularity contests, so this is our small contribution to keeping the world of instrumental musicians alive.
