Wildfire Smoke and Extreme Heat; National Infrastructure Bank by Progressive Voices Network

The guest host for today's show is Brad Bannon. Brad runs Bannon Communications Research, a polling, message development and media firm which helps labor unions, progressive issue groups and Democratic candidates win public affairs and political campaigns. Jack details where the idea for a national infrastructure bank came from, the two other times it's been used in American history, why it's so badly needed, and how it could create 25 million U.S. jobs over ten years.
