Im Flur by Plutonik

Die Idee zu dem Stück entstand nach jahrelangem Durchschreiten der Flure und Gänge verschiedener Musikschulen - beim Warten und Wandeln.
Jedes Mal werde ich von der ganz besonderen Atmosphäre dieser Orte gefangen genommen:
Aus den Türen drängen die verschiedensten Geräusche der Musizierenden.
Gemeinsam quellen die Geräusche auf den Flur und bilden ein ganz eigenes Konzert, bis sie sich im Hall wieder verlieren.
Ich ertappe mich, wie ich an den Türen eine Zeit lang stehen bleibe, lausche……in den geschützten Raum des übenden Künstlers eintauche und an diesen intimem Moment teilhabe.
Doch die Kontemplation findet ein jähes Ende beim Knallen der Tür…

The idea for the piece was created after years of walking through the halls and corridors of music schools in Berlin - while waiting and walking.
Every time I'm captured by the very special atmosphere of these places:
Beautiful sounds pour out of the exercise rooms.
Together they swell on the corridor and form a very unique concert until they lose again in reverberation.
I find myself listening, as I stand at the doors for a while ...... dipping into the protected space of the practicing artist and in some way partaking into this intimate moment.
But the contemplation comes to an abrupt end at the crack of the door ...
