Paul Herrick came and his presentation was clear and he asked us if we wanted to stay in the market or if we wanted to sell our house and if we wanted to sell our house, then he was the agent for the job. He really proved his word. We had our house on the market for about 2 years before we started working with Paul and he came in and sold it for us in about 4 months max. Our previous broker was not as proactive as Paul was, they would wait for someone to contact him versus Paul who would go out looking for buyers. Paul’s marketing skills and connections gave him a larger market. He really knows the business and stays focused on the client and what is best for them. Something that exceeded our expectations was definitely how quickly he sold the house. If you want to sell, he is going to sell it. Paul is going to work for you and he always has the client’s best interest at heart. I would absolutely recommend him!)
