(Gia Freer had actually contacted me because she was selling homes in my area. I was on the market to both buy and sell so I decided to work with her. I had originally put my house on the market and had a really great offer but the house I was going to buy had fallen through so I had to take it off the market. Gia came in and found a place that she knew I would be very interested in. She had called me about it and we went and looked at it. It was absolutely perfect! She really helped me by learning what I wanted and helping me find a place to match my criteria, which was really important to me. I’ve had experience with other Realtors in the past and a lot of times they think they understand you but they really don’t. Grant and Gia are a really good team. They both have their strong points and I was very impressed. They both contributed to the buying and selling of my home and were always readily available. They are on top of the latest technology in real estate and they know how to access things. They made it an easy process because they are tech savvy. I’d highly recommend them!)
