Wilza continues to march forward almost immediately after the release of his last single ‘What You See’ by dropping the second release from his New Jack House project. ‘U Know It Ain’t Cool’ is fresh take on the Bobby Brown classic ‘Don’t Be Cruel’ from the late 80’s. Known in many circles as the Godfather of RnB, Bobby Brown’s sophomore album ‘Don’t Be Cruel’, was and still is seen by some as a top 5 album in the New Jack Swing Era. Don’t Be Cruel was a personal favourite of Wilza’s from that album; so much so, that he decided to breath fresh life into it and turn it into a modern-day Tech House dancefloor heater. Whether it’s bringing the original track to a new audience or triggering nostalgia for those that loved the original, Wilza Is paying homage to another one of his favourite tracks by ensuring dancefloors in 2024 and beyond are still moving and shaking as hard to this track as they were in the 80’s and 90’s. Don’t be surprised if you start seeing people doing the running man in the middle of a Tech House rave near you!
