Octagon Blues Rotterdam ‘Octagon Blues’ is the accumulation of three contemporary dancers with a strong love for electronic music. Being based in Rotterdam (NL), they are used to an eclectic, ever-changing club/music scene. The collective strongly relates to its members’ identities as interdisciplinary artists, having backgrounds in contemporary dance, music production, visual arts and DJing. This eclecticism reflects back, through their internship placements with world renowned dance companies such as: ICK, GöteborgsOperan Danskompani and NDT.
