Both artists reigning from Mexico/Oakland & Los Angeles respectively, Siete Catorce & Amazondotcom come together with two very different cultural experiences of music, intertwining these two worlds together intimately and carefully. Taking an alternate approach to the contemporary club scene, with the steady rise of very particular styles and subcultures, the two artists take a moment to re-evaluate the way in which they present their collaborative sound – amorphous and evolving, eclectic and standalone from many other current trends. Teardropz is in many ways a sliver of counter culture.
