Nick & Paige Austin, TX When Nick Boettcher & Paige DeChausse met in Chicago in 2011, the two instantly connected over old soul songs and quickly joined forces developing their blues, roots-rock band, The Reverent Few. After 2 1/2 years of touring the Midwest, Nick & Paige moved to Austin to be closer to Nick's ailing father and immediately immersed themselves into the Austin music scene. DeChausse's sweet sultry vocals, Boettcher's bluesy guitar styling's, paired with collective intricate harmonies and arrangements, the two naturally approach music with an honest and soulful sound. Their influences span from John Prine & Dylan to the sounds of Chess Records, Tom Waits, Tedeschi Trucks, The Band, Norah Jones & Gillian Welch and David Rawlings. Nick & Paige independently released their first self-titled EP in the winter of 2013.
