A 1 minute ambient piece i did over an hour or two after investigating beat ratios
It seems that there is an additional wave structure periodicity or 'beating' frequency for two notes played together,being 1 & I, where I = interval = (b/a)+ζ where b & a are integers & ζ is a small change
the beating frequency simply = a*ζ
So the 3 beat ratios chosen were associated where (b/a) = 1/1 & 3/2 & 2/1
The beating ratios chosen were succusseive fibonacci numbers 2,3,5,8,13,21,34,55,89,144
