Peter Simon Interviews Jerry Garcia 1975 by MVYRADIO published on 2015-07-31T16:41:25Z In 1975, photographer Peter Simon sat down with Jerry Garcia, as Garcia was working on what would become The Grateful Dead movie. Peter recently rediscovered his recording, which had originally aired on WVOI, a pre-cursor to WMVY. Peter has donated this recording, as well as a beautiful print of The Dead, that he shot in 1977, for a fundraiser for the radio station.
