All This and More with special guest Bob Beerman. . . . . YOU DON’T KNOW MOJACK is a podcast dedicated to exploring the entire SST catalogue, in order, from start to finish. During the podcast we will discuss all the releases that are part of our core DNA, as well as many lesser-known releases that deserve a second chance, or releases that we are discovering for the very first time (we actually don’t know Mojack!). First and foremost we are fans, and acknowledge that we are not perfect and don’t know everything – sometimes the discussion is more about a time, place, feeling, personal experience or random tangents, and less about the facts (but we will try to get to the facts too). I was a BIG fan of Pell Mell and bought the 12" EP when it came out. I can verify that Pell Mell was pretty great live but a little...kinetic, not quite rigid but a little stiff. I was there for the first show that Greg joined in and when they played, everyone's jaw dropped...they had achieved a powerful groove and became an AMAZING band. BTW, Ray Farrell is a sweetheart and sharp as a tack -- I could tell you some stories, hell, anyone in the scene has a great Ray Farrell story. You should do a story about him or interview him. And, Steve Fisk? Quite possibly the funniest guy on the planet. He deserves a show by himself. 2021-01-29T00:46:47Z Comment by Hasketron Thanks for posting. 2021-01-26T02:25:18Z
