Arrangement of Per la gloria sung by Gabriel Chona Rueda at Taos Opera Institute by Michael Ching published on 2022-06-17T14:19:14Z An arrangement I did of the Bononcini aria made famous by its inclusion in the 24 Italian Songs and Arias. Gabe is a student at University of British Columbia and this recording was made during a coaching at the Taos Opera Institute where we were involved in a production of Speed Dating Tonight! This arrangement is used as the background of daters #29-#30. The live performance of the vocal line in the arrangement creates a balance problem, so this was our chance to put Gabe in the spotlight on this number.
