"Al Amakine", ravive les micro-histoires et les archives non-matérielles du Sahara au sud du Maroc, rendues invisibles.
Transmis oralement par les populations locales dans un langage poétique, ces témoignages relatent des événements politiques, culturels et sociaux importants qui se sont déroulés dans cet espace géographique et constituent une matière historiographique essentielle.
En collaboration avec des poètes et des citoyens-témoins, Abdessamad El Montassir cherche minutieusement les lieux porteurs de ces événements latents afin de les mettre en lumière.
En ré-activant ces récits méconnus, il ouvre un interstice inédit qui laisse émerger et se déployer une histoire alternative et endogène de ce territoire.

"Al Amakine", revives the micro-histories and non-material archives from the Sahara to the south of Morocco, made invisible.
Transmitted orally by the local populations in a poetic language, these testimonies recount important political, cultural and social events that took place in this geographical space and constitute essential historiographical material.
In collaboration with poets and citizen-witnesses, Abdessamad El Montassir meticulously seeks out the places where these latent events take place in order to bring them to light.
By reactivating these little-known narratives, he opens up an unprecedented gap that allows an alternative and endogenous history of this territory to emerge and unfold.
