"Dear Madam President" is a series of "choral letters" for treble voices, following the life of a woman destined for leadership. Each movement represents a stage of life: childhood, adolescence, and adulthood. Movements I and II were commissioned by Monica Bertrand and the Giving Voices Collective of St. Charles, IL, and Movement III was commissioned by Tegan Miller and the Spectra Choir of Savannah, GA.
