We created this label to experiment. At its core, Lost in Translation aims to be a platform for artists to explore new approaches to musical storytelling.

It is with this in mind that we are excited to announce the first volume of our Short Stories series, coming out on May 23rd. The brief provided to the artists was simple: tell a story. With a line-up of versatile producers and no limits on the runtime of their chapters, the result is a four-track anthology of introspective atmospheres.

Curated by label head @nocturne_rhc, the inaugural entry to the series welcomes long-time inspirations @dj_theef, @lbhonne and @hame-compathy to the Lost in Translation catalogue.
