PREMIERE : Veterok - Snegovich by Les Yeux Orange

Veterok is the band from Moscow that named after the unique Soviet heater ("Light Breeze") which some locals used as a hair dryer in the old days. So the purpose of our musical collective is to warm the icy hearts and souls. Sometimes people really need it in spite of they do not realize this.

At the gigs we do not only play musical instruments, sing and dance (for each show we prepare a special program) we also use hypnosis techniques developed by the secret KGB healers (please google Kashpirovsky and Chumak). Of course we all love the tune of the incredible sexiest polish girl Danuta. She made too much for us and for all world music.

The band Veterok was formed by Petr Chinavat, Moscow musician, dj and coowner of the record store DiG:

"Snegovich is the word I heard from the Serbian guy when I was with my familly on the beach in Greece. He saw my son. The skin of my boy was fully covered by white sunblock. Actually Serbian guy wanted to say Russian word "Snegovik" (which means Snowman) but he forgot how to spell correctly. So it's the birth of the new word. For Russian ears it sounds quite funny.
