Lately I’ve been trying to slow down a bit, maybe 1 or 2 songs a month, and focus more on quality over quantity. That said, it’s hard to resist the temptation to keep dropping songs more rapidly on SoundCloud. My primary focus is songwriting and singing. I write all of my own songs — lyrics, chords, and melodies — and record them in Logic Pro using a blend of live guitar, virtual instruments, MIDI, and production tools including EZkeys 2, EZbass, EZdrummer 3, and PG Music RealTracks. Lately I’ve been incorporating more live playing with my Taylor 114ce, my Fender acoustic, and my MIDI keyboard. My goal for 2026 is simple: to do whatever it takes to make each song sound as good as it can while staying true to the song itself.
