Comcast Call by Jon Brodkin published on 2014-08-25T20:34:25Z This recording was provided to me by a Comcast customer. Genre comcast Comment by newfi125 Being with Comcast, you hear from other customers what agents have told them and you can not believe how wrong those agents were! This guy was speaking with Indians, so they have no idea what's out in the world because they live in call centers. 2015-02-21T22:31:18Z Comment by MisterAlexEsquire Let me just jam on my space bar a few tiiimes... nope, that didn't do it. <=\ 2014-08-26T20:53:18Z Comment by Alexandr Blaize I had the same issue with comcast like 3 years ago. Anytime anything taxed the network, lost connection every single time. Finally got someone that could understand what my problem was they sent someone out and fixed the line outside. Never had a problem since. Could also be the modem if your renting one from them. Trust me get your own modem it saves you money in the long run and is much more reliable than what they give you. I did and as crazy as it sounds my connection never goes down unless comcast is out for everyone in the area 2014-08-26T14:48:52Z Comment by WaxPaper It's not like he should have checked to see if everything was "working properly" from the beginning, right? 2014-08-26T13:58:38Z Comment by rvnscr SICK DROP 2014-08-26T13:36:53Z Comment by meepsi 6MB/s is 48mbps. Your ISP uses a different metric than your local sortware does. You may very well be at your limit. 2014-08-26T00:57:20Z Comment by Trexid It sounds like this guy is maxing out his line and over saturating his local network to the point where his network card just drops all connections until he reboots everything. 2014-08-26T00:29:49Z Comment by NeoTheOne What a goon. 2014-08-26T00:00:19Z
