Vaaktha aapyayathaam
Nastha aataanaa
Chakshustha aapyayathaam
Sthrothram tha aapyayathaam
Yaathe praanaan shuk jagaama

Yat the krroram

Tat ta aapyayathaam
Tat tha ethena shundathaam.
Naabhsitha aapyayathaam
Paayustha aapyayathaam
Sudhaa charithraa
Sham adibyaah
Sham oshadeebya
Sham pridhivyai

Meaning
May my speech be perfect
May my breath be pure
May my eyes see only good
May I hear only pure words.
May all the pain and agony suffered by me
By hearing harsh words and insults
Be hereby erased from my mind
May my mind be free of such bad words.
May my abdomen be pure
May be excretory organs be pure
May my feet be clean and pure
May the waters and herbs be pure
May the earth be clean and pure
May the atmosphere be clean
May the herbs protect the body
May my power of discrimination support the Yajna
I hereby drive away all negativity within me
I hereby shed all hatred within me
I urge my inner self
Be filled with the energy from heaven and earth
Oh indivisible lord
Bless us with wealth of knowledge
May my mind rise up to the midworld
Oh Vayu bless us with delight
May I rise to the higher world of Maruths.
