Melodic but with a slightly dark undercurrent. It has a timeless quality to it that only really good tracks have. Firenze : Love the way Ian uses only melody to build the suspense. I also like the use of the seagull(?) samples! I listened to this track a few times now and it keeps growing on me. Another great track. Sanctuary : Classic sounds on this. Lovely and driving. A great contrast between arpeggio, bassline and chords. Really like. Moonlight Espionage (Stephen Brown remix) : Very interesting remix. Nice use of syncopation on the drums - creates a nice contrast with the string melody. Overall: REALLY like this. Ian creates a lot of nice mental images with his music and he has made it difficult for me to pick a favourite track on this ep. Stephen's remix gives the ep an extra dimension. Well done guys!!
