I’m thrilled to release the second edition of HoloFlow: Vibe Snapshot, a monthly podcast where I share 60 minutes of new and sometimes unexpected music, followed by a guest mix from an artist I admire. 🎧✨

HoloFlow was inspired by research into how music can enhance neuroplasticity, rewiring the brain to unlock deeper states of focus, flow, and emotional well-being. 🌱🧠
