Founder of Animah records (@animahrecords), Ylia (@ylia) is a musician, producer and Dj. She came of age DJing breakbeat raves in Andalucia while studying classical piano at the conservatory, and then moved to Barcelona to study modern composition and arrangements at Taller de Musics in Barcelona, becoming an intrinsic piece of the city musical ecosystem. She released her debut solo album 'Dulce Rendición' at Paralaxe Editions (@paralaxe-editions) while working on collaborative projects with Phran (@phran) as People You May Know (@peopleyoumayknowpumk); and with Darío del Moral under the name Bola del Desierto. She is also a member of experimental flamenco singer Niño de Elche's band, performing keyboards and electronics.
