It was named Rock Sound magazine ALBUM OF THE YEAR. Later, in 2005, readers of Kerrang! magazine voted The Neon Handshake the 58th best British rock album of all time. The Neon Handshake is one of, if not the most siminal British post-hardcore records of the 00's. The album was recorded in Los Angeles, Sound City Studios, produced by Pelle Henricsson and Eskil Lovstrom, who also produced The Shape Of Punk To Come, by Refused. Genre Post-Hardcore
