While many of those around her have learned the hard way that successful property investing is more than just guesswork, Helen Chorley has been quietly forging her own slow and steady investment path of meticulous due diligence resulting in a portfolio of investment projects with a combined GDV of over £50 million.

A former investment banker, she has been involved in finance and investment for over 20 years which gives her a deep understanding of the financials behind the deals she invests in. She has also invested over 10 years studying neuroscience and the mind, so intuitively picks up behavioural signals which form part of her holistic approach to investment decisions and business relationships.

She is meticulous in deal due diligence, the results of which can be seen in her consistent track record of selecting profitable deals. It’s no wonder she is now in demand by cash-rich investors and developers alike, all keen to have her seal of approval before committing to deals.

She lives between London, Malta and Bermuda and she holds an MA in politics, philosophy and economics from the University of Oxford.
