One Note by Hatem Imam

The Palestinian reality is indisputable. Look at it from any angle: political, humanitarian, logical, historical, common sensical, sustainable, and ecological. The answer is always the same: A towering injustice in the form of settler colonialism and genocidal violence. We have been saying it for 75 years to the deaf ears of the complicit world. It is but one statement, one note, repeated ad infinitum.

I recorded this piece on November 1, 2023, almost 4 weeks into the genocide that the Israeli war machine commenced in Gaza. It is one note played over and over for one hour. Modulated in every possible way but insistently saying one thing. Stop the genocide.
