The GWSB Proud Podcast, Episode 13: Going Global with Our Consulting Abroad Program by The GW School of Business

In this episode, we chat with Sara LaRosa, our assistant manager for Global & Experiential Education, and three Class of 2022 Global MBA students. Each spring, first-year Global MBA students at the GW School of Business conclude their academic year in a global, experiential and integrative experience called the Consulting Abroad Program (CAP). The CAP is a course that takes students from our Washington, D.C. campus to another country to work on pro bono client projects. In this episode, we learn more about the CAP experience and how it was affected by the global pandemic. Global MBA students who experienced CAP during the pandemic — working with clients in Ghana, Sweden, and Turkey — share about their experience and discuss how the experience contributed to their career development.
