Ghost Car - Awkward by Greenway Records

Ghost Car are a 4 piece punk band based in London, with members Clara Bleda (keyboard), Maria Paton (bass and Vocals) from Spain, Maeve Henry (guitar and vocals) from Ireland and Laura Hart (drums) from the UK. The upcoming launch of double A-side singles Awkward and Virginia & Vita will be their forth label release, and the second from New York label Greenway Records. Ghost Car have been playing the London scene regularly, packing out iconic venues such as London Electric, Heaven, The Old Blue Last, Shacklewell, The Windmill, Moth Club, DIY Space, playing along side bands such as Amyl & the Sniffers, Dream Wife, Gurr, Skinny Girl Diet, Shonen knife, Las Robertas, Hickeys, Abjects, Pins, Melenas, and supported Beth Ditto on her UK tour last year. Further afield Ghost Car have recently played Rough Trade Bristol, The ABC O2 in Glasgow, And also recently returned from a Spanish tour, which finished at an all girl punk festival near Barcelona.
