Motion Symmetry - Serol [GTX035] by Gordo Trax

Gordo Trax presents its first split, pairing STNDRD — a Portuguese producer based in Barcelona—with Wale’s Motion Symmetry for a four-track statement where pressure, momentum and atmosphere align. STNDRD sets the course with “Underdog”, a close-quarters groove that hisses and bites in all the right places, before opening the scope on “Temporal Voyager”, all taut drums and elastic low-end.

The baton passes to Motion Symmetry as “Andromeda” widens the frame with cool, star-facing motifs orbiting a granite rhythm section, and “Serol” closes with steppy drum science and quietly luminous pads—letting the room exhale without losing drive. Two voices, one arc: a split that balances muscle and finesse while extending the Gordo Trax continuum.
