If you got negative impulses coming in. Ok. Breathe and just be. Witness yourself and your thoughts. Try to find out where the discomfort comes from. And then plunge into that situation completely. Try to find meaning in it. And there is no situation where you couldn’t do something nice to others. If you gonna focus on that you immediately take yourself less serious. By doing that you distract yourself from your ego suffering whatever, and give it less space automatically. And the energy you create by being nice to others, will soon get you out of the negative energy that you would create by trying to avoid, or escape, or just accept.

What is Cosmic Music Movement

It is about creating a safe space for all of us. Where we can be, who we are and express ourselves. All kinds of feelings and emotions and everything are accepted and welcome! We gather and express ourselves to music. Like in an ecstatic dance it is just about the music and during the time the music is playing we don’t talk. It is like a meditation, while dancing your as off.

If presented live there is an opening ceremony where everybody can put his intentions into this dance and a Breath-work before we start a two hour music journey, that will take you literally everywhere. No rules, every kind of music and every kind of movement will be welcome - sometimes fast and loud, and sometimes slow and low, feminine and masculine energies changing. It will be a journey through all possible emotions.

If you are able to surrender to all the music that will be presented to you during the Cosmic Music Movement, by tuning into the frequency of people who like it, then you have a perfect training for life. If you can find joy in everything, you are perfectly able to surf the waves of life. Letting go of fear and welcoming trust and love. Remember you are just a shift of perception away from satisfaction, always! See what you have and be thankful for that, so abundance is created in your life instead of lack.
