Lorenzo Giombolini Sanchez was born in 1986 in Rome. This Italian-American metis becomes Jamie Sanchez when at 16, he started perfoming rap music in Brooklyn, New York. Twelve years later, this globetrotter has no real attachment point ... he grew up between Italy, France and United States.
He speaks, thinks and starts his musical projects in several languages.
To write, he draws inspiration from his different cultures, his travels and especially his life, linked to the implacable reality of a daily life in Bed Stuy, the most criminal district of New York, known in particular thanks to the famous Notorious B.I.G.
In 2010 he started to make his way with a crew from the Universal Zulu Nation: "Jalions". Thanks to his precision, his boundless energy, he succeeded in joining in 2014 a crew, from the Bronx, very present in the underground music, called: "THE ARMI". Then he started the TCK WORLDWIDE crew, a multicultural and completely innovative concept, with the help of his faithful sidekick and beatmaker ESKAY ON THA TRACK.
The release of their 1st video clip "BEST PLAN" encouraged him to develop a more personal and mainstream project.
Today, with “NO JOKE”, extract from his 1st EP 4 titles, and his video clip already available on Youtube, Jamie Sanchez shows us a mature project and succeeds as much by its color, both “dark” and festive, as by its Hip-Hop energy made in the USA.
His 1st album 12 tracks will be released second half 2020.
