GGHQ Mix #79 - Andy Bainbridge - 'Just A Phaze' Mix by GGHQ (Going Good Records HQ)

This is GGHQ mix #79. That's a lot of mixes, and being honest..... they've all been stone cold killers in our eyes. Saying that, we will be wrapping this series up very soon as life, work, rent, comings and goings and the inertia of being all conspire against us, making it difficult to maintain the momentum.

It's not all doom n'gloom though - is it? We've got here one of London's finest underground stalwarts, and a bonafide proper DJ and producer (who really should get more props) guiding us through an hour and a half's worth of tripped out swirling breakbeats, DEEP dubby atmospheres and the perfect sort of psychedelic tribal stylings and even a smattering of disco that should be soundtracking infinite afters' (or befores').

Ladies and gentlemen - Andy Bainbridge is the mind behind this selection, and his productions have longtime been on the USBs and in the record bags of us here at GGHQ. It's hard to know where to start with Andy, but he's been involved some mega stuff over the years. One of the OG Bad Passion crew (IYKYK), co-founder of the supremely dope Not An Animal record label with the late Chris Stoker, and more recently knocking out MENTAL productions, remixes and edits under numerous pseudonyms. He's not snoozing. As always, links below for you to check out more of AB's work and support and we are delighted to have him contribute to the series..... CHEERS SONNA!
