The Khorumi (Georgian: ხორუმი) is a traditional war dance that originated in the southwestern regions of Georgia, particularly in Guria and Adjara. Initially, it was performed by a small group of men, but over time, the number of participants has increased significantly. Modern performances of the Khorumi often feature 30 to 40 dancers. In 2013, the dance was officially recognized as part of Georgia's Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Despite changes in scale, the essence of the Khorumi remains unchanged. The dance vividly portrays the Georgian army of past centuries. It begins with a small group of men scouting for a campsite and enemy positions. This "prelude" transitions into a powerful sequence where the army is summoned to the battlefield. The dramatic entrance of the army, marked by precise movements, strong formations, and striking simplicity, creates an impressive spectacle. The Khorumi conveys themes of vigilance, conflict, and triumph, celebrating the bravery and honor of Georgian soldiers. Reflecting Georgia's historical struggles, the dance serves as a reminder that the pursuit of peace often demands readiness for war.
