Femke Sophie Fem van Schoonhoven Wellington Music was the first sound I ever heard. When I was in the womb, my mother would place headphones on her belly and play Vivaldi’s 4 Seasons. Then, when I was three, I picked up my first violin. Seventeen years later, I have since experimented on the piano, drums, guitar and ukulele. You know how people ask you ultimatums such as “If you could be blind or deaf, which would you be?” Well, I have always said I would rather be blind, because I can’t imagine a world of silence. Music is my haven, my place I go to whatever mood I am feeling. I know that it will always accept me, welcome me with open arms, and provide me some combination of sounds to get any emotion moving. I have yet to write my own songs, but I hope you enjoy my covers.
