Tidal Flow by electona published on 2011-11-25T04:53:23Z Electronic composition from 1982 for the art show Tidal Flow, featuring paintings of Henri-Pierre Tatin. This work was inspired by the song of whales, the waves of the sea, and under-water sounds. All sounds where create with analog synthesizers. During the composition we are sometimes above and sometimes below the water level. A shorter version of Tidal Flow was used for a program by modern dance ensemble Arc en Ciel (Emmie Bannink and Nettie van Dijk). Genre Ambient Electronic Comment by Audraulic A delicately evolved and interesting piece. Aspects of it remind me of 70's electronica (Tonto's expanding head band, Tangerine Dream). I like this a lot. Nice work =] 2011-11-27T06:29:04Z
