Pain in the Heart by Eileen Chai

Every heartbeat tells a little bit of our past. The memories can be pleasant or painful, but the bad ones always seem to haunt us now and then. We numb ourselves from the hurt (plain intro), but there will come a time when we simply have to release that pent up, confused energy (fuzzy middle). After that moment has passed, all will be alright, and we slowly release that fear - no more pain in the heart.
