This is a simple song I wrote about summer for kids with a sing along line in it. Though if the cat had writen it the title would be Wishful Thinking.
It was originally just a poem writen for kids.
CAT WON'T
Well the cat aint going get it's way.
I said the cat aint going to get it's way.
Well the cat's sitting on window sill trying to get at the birds outside.
There's hardly a cloud in the sky and the sunshine.
Yeah the cat want's to go out find that bird.

There's nothing much to worry about, about worry itself.
On this nice still day and I might head around to Makara Bay.
Watch the land, watch those waves lapping against the shore.
I know the cat want's to get out.

Well the bird's waiting for the cat to come out and then it will fly away.
