Flashback brings back the classic 2013 style you can hear in my most well known Geometry Dash songs such as Back on Track or Cycles. During that era I was producing a lot of dance and hands up music that is often referred as techno or eurodance as well. Back then I wanted to make simple edm songs featuring strong melodies and high tempo. That was the kind of music I grew up with and since I’ve always enjoyed listening to. Artists such as Basshunter or Darude were some of my biggest sources of inspiration.

With Flashback I wanted to revive this genre because this style of music has always been part of my musical identity. I’ve also noticed that there aren't many artists who produce hands up/eurodance music anymore, so it comes down to me to hold the flag! And with a cherry on top, the YouTube video features a nature background taken by myself, just like in my old songs back in the day. So at least now the song has to be good, right?
