I acknowledge the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Victoria and pay my respects to Elders past, present and emerging. This is Aboriginal land - always was, always will be. (Formerly known as dj tropical breeze.) Experienced (20+years) DJ of music for dancing (disco, house, techno, etc.), drinking/socialising (Balearic, AOR, reggae, etc.) and specialist scenarios (radio, classical music, experimental and avant-garde sounds), in Naarm, London and Tokyo. Bookings: joshualine@yahoo.com DJTB© (formerly dj tropical breeze) started DJing in the late 1990s playing techno to drunk salarymen in a Shinjuku bar called 'Mu' ('Nothing'). In the 2000s, played classical records in London for Gabriel Prokofiev’s Nonclassical label and promoters No Signal, supporting artists Tony Conrad, Charlemagne Palestine and Islaja, and presented the 'Dead and Alive' weekly classical music program on Resonance FM. Worked at London's last independent classical music store Harold Moores Records 2004-07, and managed new music programs for the PRS Foundation 2007-08. Wrote for Resident Advisor 2006-17.
