However, that was definitely not the case with Dave Friedman. Dave was very trustworthy and there aren’t many out there I would trust. He was attentive to all details even under difficult circumstances. We were purchasing a short sale and had an uncooperative agent on the other side. We had a number of issues that came up but Dave kept the deal together. He went the extra mile and did some things very few other Realtors would do. He really helped us out throughout the whole process and made sure that the terms and conditions were in our favor. There was one instant that we had asked for something to be protected and it wasn’t. It ended up breaking before closing and Dave made sure it was fixed before the deal went through. Dave had a positive attitude and he is diligent. He is well informed and very honest. Work with him!)
