Sishi Rosch - Body Riddim' by Data Transmission

For the next installment of Heidi's Jackathon Jams, Canadian Sishi Rosch delivers a 4 track EP that is straight up dancefloor ammunition. Sishi already has an impressive discography – having released on labels such as One Records, No.19, Exploited and Get Physical not to mention bossing his own four labels Raw Rhythms Limited, Digital Delight, Sultry Vibes and Close Encounters. Now adding another impressive notch on his list is his latest EP for Jackathon Jams.

‘Bad To The Bone’ kicks off with a retro b-boy breaks style groove plus a killer sample of classic Mike Dunn. Our Debut transmission, ‘Body Riddim’ is laced with acid house and phasing hi-hats while ‘Jack The Bass’ provides a bassline that would compliment any Steve ‘Silk’ Hurley record. ‘Powerhouse’ is infectious and raw, house music at its finest – naughty ghetto-house vocals combine with hypnotic 909 hats and rides. Infectious to the core.
