I realized one morning, I only had released heart break type songs. So I wanted to take a break from that genre, and work on a ballad type of song. This song by Pink Sweat$ came across my mind, I became a big fan of this particular, and artist when he first released it back in 2018. Once I decided I wanted do my spin on this song, it only took me about 30 minutes to write lyrics for this song. Recording took all day, because I am insecure about my natural singing voice, but ultimately decided to just do it.
