Cryomodules by CohLysion published on 2017-03-27T06:04:06Z These tracks were put together while working in Hamburg, Germany, commissioning superconducting accelerator structures for the European XFEL (Xray Free Electron Laser). The accelerating structures are enclosed in cryomodules, vessels that are part of the system that cools the structures to approximately 2.7 K, at which point the Niobium accelerating structures become superconducting.
