My Microwave (The Microwave Song) by Clive Walker Music and Wobbly Chicken Productions

The Microwave Song” was born out of a challenge from my friend Gilly to write a new song and a severe case of writers block.

Please do not be offended by the lyrics of the last verse. It is done totally tongue-in-cheek. I read an on-line news article about an american (who else!!!) that had used a microwave in this way. Please rest assured that I would never do so - or recommend that anyone else should either.

Harvey Andrews said at "La Jeusselinier" to write about whatever inspires you to write. "Never put the pen down just because the subject is not what you want at the time". "Always let the creative juices flow – you never know what will come out of it" he said. Well, you could say a song about microwaves, chicken fricassee, and wet cats should never have been started - let alone be allowed out into the light of day. it must be a hit!!!
