He pulled the gun out ready to MURDER him, as a trained security guard i have been trained in carrying a weapon, i was taught by a police officer and every single lesson taught they mention do not put your finger by the trigger unless your going to shoot. Deedy had his finger on the trigger from the start meaning he intended to kill him no matter what. Also deadly force is only supposed to be used when confronted with deadly force, a fist fight is not a deadly force situation, an argument is not a deadly force situation. how is this even a question of whether it was right or not, Deedy had no business interfering you can see in the photos he had his hand on his gun behind he back and then he pulls the gun and puts his finger onto the trigger using deadly force. all of that is incorrect procedure. this should be a open and shut case of murder 2017-05-18T05:38:42Z Comment by So many names... Great podcast, I just subscribed. My opinion: Deedy escalated a "possible" assault into a fatality. It's not clear that an assault was even eminent. The fatality certainly occurred. What is the fair price for causing an unnecessary fatality by your actions, which include pulling the gun and then pulling the trigger? 2016-11-14T22:06:43Z
