(I do interior design and I was referred to the Shannon Lyon Group from one of my clients. I’ve had some bad agents in the past so when I went to Shannon, she said that she’s got a great company and that I’d be very happy, and I was. Our real estate agent went absolutely beyond the call of duty. We had some pretty explicit needs that we required and he worked long hours for us. He would even go for an hour to show us something between appointments or in between meetings just because there were listings that met our needs that he didn’t want us to miss out on. He was just really good and effective. My Realtor is one of a few agents that will actually answer his phone when you call. My biggest complaint of real estate agents is that they never answer their phones. With my Realtor at the Shannon Lyon Group, anytime I needed to call the office, or call my Realtor directly, they would always answer their phone or return messages promptly. They work really hard to find what you’re looking for and they really do their research. We had a house that had another bid on it, and they were able to walk us through the process on what we should do to make sure we got the house. We had lost several previous bids on other houses to investors and other people so we were a little discouraged. When we found this house, we fell in love and they made sure to develop a strategic plan to make sure we got the house. That was definitely beyond the call of duty and we really appreciated it. The Shannon Lyon Group is professional, they do their job, and they do their homework. I would refer them to anyone!)
