GuidingLight⚓️ Chris Bohnsack Woodstock, Georgia Eclectic experimental music made on iOS. Seawave is the name I’ve given my style of music as it combines elements of seapunk, chillwave and vaporwave. I’m also influenced by various hip hop styles, trip hop, house, synthpop/synthwave, IDM and future bass. Musical artists who influence me include Washed Out, Tycho, Boards Of Canada, Slow Magic, Snail’s House, Gold Panda, Com Truise and Vince Dolphin. I am conceptually inspired by seapunk/vaporwave imagery, sea/space exploration, the avant-garde, minimalism, hauntology and Japanese aestheticism. My interests include linguistics, chemistry, aesthetics, animation, world-building and, of course, music. It is also noteworthy to mention that I am a brony since 2012, an otaku since 2016, a lifelong music fanatic and a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ since 1999. Enjoy listening and God bless!
